Administrating Salaries
Ensure your salary administration structures make an effective contribution to business growth and development
Salary Administration
At TH Personnel Services we know how critical salary administration is to your success and profitability as an organisation.

Remuneration - including the compensation and benefits package -is a key factor affecting motivation, relationships and productivity in the workplace..

Employers face the challenge of ensuring their payment system meets the needs of both the business and employees and actively contributes to achieving competitive edge through building a more committed workforce. We can help you to meet that challenge.

Facts and figures
Did you know that –
  • Research has highlighted the direct impact that appropriate benefits have upon employees, with their perceived value in terms of rewarding effort being a primary cause of reduced commitment. One-in-three employees report that their benefits package does not meet their needs or their family’s needs.
  • Employment Tribunals can backdate equal pay claims up to 6 years.
  • A former employee can bring a backdated equal pay claim beyond the normal period of six months after the employment ended if the employer deliberately conceals relevant facts or if the claimant was under a disability.
  • The government proposes that tips whether paid directly to the employee or through the payroll will not count as remuneration going towards the National Minimum Wage.
  • National Minimum Wage enforcement officers can now issue enforcement notices to require payment of minimum wage arrears for former workers as well as current workers.
  • 36% of employers investigated were found to be non-compliant with the National Minimum Wage.
  • An employee has the right to serve an Equal Pay questionnaire on their employer and request pay details of a named colleague.
