OBSCENE E-MAILS £10,000 PAYOUT
A Bristol PA found work colleagues circulated obscene emails about her. A formal complaint to her employers was not taken seriously so she resigned and made a complaint to the Employment Tribunal for constructive unfair dismissal and sexual harassment. A £10,000 out-of-court settlement was agreed just before the case was heard.
