Without proper health and safey procedures and correct implementation, the horror can go on long after an accident at work
Health and Safety
THPS began as a personnel Consultancy business in 1999, recognising the growing employer-led demand for outsourced people management support services.

We have extensive experience of helping a wide range of SME and corporate sector employers review and install personnel solutions and programmes for newly created and developing businesses. Successful growth and development led to the business being incorporated in 2003 and the opening of a Devon office in 2005.

We have a commercial and strategic approach to customer service. We help employers minimise the employment liabilities they face and install personnel policies and procedures to ensure their staff fulfil their potential and boost productivity.
