growth and development led to the business being incorporated
in 2003 and the opening of a Devon office in 2005.

Director Trevor Heynes is a highly qualified Personnel professional with extensive generalist and strategic personnel experience of small, medium and corporate sector business within the private and public sectors. This includes the Grand Metropolitan Group, Southampton Institute, Group 4 Securitas Ltd., Samworth Brothers Limited, OCS Group Ltd., the Probation Service, Sperry Vickers, Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance Group and a NHS Trust.
He is a regular contributor to local media including Star 107.3, GWR and the Bristol Evening Post
as a specialist HR adviser on employment matters. He is a guest
speaker on HR issues for Bristol Chamber of Commerce/Business West,
and the Premier Alliance Club and is a member of Exeter Chamber
of Commerce. Trevor founded the Executive Club, a popular and well-received
information sharing and networking forum for Board member clients.
He also runs the Personnel Club helping to keep Directors, Managers
and HR practitioners up to date with developments about key personnel
and health & safety issues. He is the HR adviser on the expert panel
contributing to publication of The Financial Adviser’s Training
and Competence Toolkit 2000 for the Financial Services National
Training Organisation. He is also HR expert panel member on
the Lloyds TSB Local Enterprise Initiative.
Trevor successfully fulfilled a line management role involving retention and growth of business covering 50 staff across 15 profit-centres. He has a down-to-earth, practical, pragmatic and proactive style. He is dedicated to promoting the vital role of people management in running a successful business.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is bound by the Institute's Code of Professional Conduct and has proof of approved professional indemnity insurance. He is also a member of Business West, the Federation of Small Businesses, the Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
